How We Work
A successful project depends on much more than simply putting bricks together. That part is child’s play! As well as our LEGO skills, our team understand that any project will require a diverse range of skills to ensure a brilliant solution.
To ensure a top quality project delivery, we continually invest in all of our team to ensure Warren Elsmore can supply you with a true 'one stop shop'. Whether you need assistance to choose an approach, create a 3D model, design a delivery plan or anything else. When choosing a supplier, it makes sense to make sure you're getting all the support you need.
Project Management
Each and every project we undertake is oversee by a PRINCE II qualified project manager. Depending on the nature of the project, we can deliver using our methodology, or work with your in-house team. You can be guaranteed that we’ll treat your project with the same care and attention that we treat our own.
Consultancy
Not sure how to proceed? Don’t worry - you aren’t alone. With 20 years of experience helping customers of all types solve their problems, Warren can work with you to first determine what you want to achieve. Before he and his team help you deliver just that.
Child Safety
Every public LEGO event will draw children and we believe it is vitally important to ensure their safety. Warren himself is qualified as a Designated Child Safety Officer with training from the NSPCC. He has the skills to advise you on the child safety of your event and should the worst occur, assist you through that period. All staff are thoroughly vetted.
Site Safety
All members of Warren Elsmore staff are 'competent persons', trained in emergency first aid and will arrive to site with all required PPE and equipment as neccessary. Risk assessments and method statements are available on request for all work.
Insurance + Indemnity
We provide full public and product liability insurance for all our events and commissions, to a limit of £5,000,000. Copies of policies, indemnities, risk assessments and method statements can be produced on request.
Transport
Having a hire van suddenly unavailable or broken down is not an option. Events are always serviced by a specialist company vehicle with tail lift or specialist ramp, sign written so you know that a LEGO artist is at work. All employees hold a full driving license. For other transport and warehousing requirements, we work with specialist partners who provide palletised and custom delivery services for us worldwide.

Our Premises
Toy bricks come in many different colours, but we try to make them all green. Since moving into our own premises in 2019, we’ve endeavoured to make our operations as green as possible. We’ve already made the following key commitments
100% renewable electric energy
Electric car for all small deliveries
Solar PV, smart heating and LED lighting throughout our offices
Increased insulation
Sourcing locally where possible
Wildflower garden to attract pollinators
Re-use of materials wherever possible (even our own carpet tiles)
Recycling of all waste possible - including glued bricks!
